''Mizrachi'' pronunciation of that name often has little or none of the semi-vowel /j/ (consonant "y") in front of it, so I'm not sure if it always renders with "y" in lad-latn. (Note also that the normal direct transliteration between lad-latn and lad-hebr orthographies does not apply to words of Hebrew and Aramaic origin, similar to the practice in Yiddish and other Jewish languages.)
