===Discussion===
I am writing in English as I presume everybody in here understands this language. I've read both [long] texts stating each one's opinion on the ban and I would like to contribute with mine. Taking into account how small this Wikipedia is (we are Steven, UniversalLife, MaorX, Marrovi and myself) having conflicts is something that shouldn't happen and produces more harm that good so, the sooner we get this solved, the better.

Firstly I would like to thank both of you for your work here. First, to Steven, who has been of great help with his technical knowledge about Wikipedia and for cleaning it up.Second, to you Marrovi, because of your work here. I have no doubt that you've tried your best to learn Ladino and that you've made a great effort trying to improve your language skills. I also understand how Wikipedia can be very addictive and we always try to create new articles (the more the better) and to improve the ones already created (it has happened to me as well).

Secondly, regarding the proposal to ban Marrovi, the main reason is that, given the small community we are here and given the fact that only two people out of five (i.e. MaorX and UniversalLife) speak the language, we cannot cope with the amount of articles being created by Marrovi because they need to be corrected as they have errors. On the grounds that the foundational idea of this project is to be a voluntary and '''collaborative''' one, and that, as aforementioned, we have very little people to contribute, we cannot make them spend their time here just correcting articles made by other collaborator -of course, everyone makes errors, but when these appear on almost every single page, it means loads of work that can derive into 1) frustration for the experts as they have to spend their time clearing up instead of writing new articles and 2) reluctance from possible contributors when they see the state of the Vikipedya and its poor quality- I vote, for a blockage of Marrovi not because he has "violated any rule of Wikipedia's code" but because, sadly, in our community, we don't have the resources to cope for his enthusiastic work. I do not give any time (neither a year nor any other date) for it should be the time that takes to clear up the whole project and reopen it anew and I don't know how long will take.

Thirly, and this is a private comment based on why I read above, I would like to kindly ask you, Marrovi, to please don't take this ban as something personal as I understand from your comments, which I quote now:

I personally believe, that comments like these are not acceptable and do not contribute at all to the debate but just create more tension on a very delicate topic. Also, the debate should be done respecting every single point of view and not launching personal attacks to another member who is trying to find the best solution for the community. I don understand your frustration (I have been banned in other Wikipedia as well) but this is not a reason to use the tone and language used in the comment above. Besides, Steven has stated that:
:''I have long given Marrovi the benefit of the doubt. '''I think he is an honorable person. I think he has tried hard to learn Judeo-Spanish, and to contribute here to the best of his ability. He has not violated the limitation we placed on him as to how frequently he can create new pages.'''''.
So he clearly pointed out that this is not a personal attack against Marrovi and, besides, stated very clearly the reason for blockage:

Marrovi is simply too high-maintenance for us here. It takes too much work to keep his contributions acceptable. And we do not have sufficient editor resources to do that work properly.

It is sad but it is like that. I have already developed that argument before and I do support it. Nothing personal against Marrovi, nothing to do with a complot but simply a fact, the fact that we do not have enough resources to cope with the amount of work generated by Marrovi, which means correcting each single article created by him (a lot of them being stubs).

Last but not least, I found there is some secondary debate regarding Nahua languages which has no relationship, at least on its surface, to our community. Please abstain to mention it on this conversation and let's focus on the topic itself. [[Usador:Katxis|Katxis]] ([[Messaje de Usador:Katxis|discusión]]) 11:59 12 abr 2018 (UTC)
