== Some suggestions and conventions ==

Hi, Mikey.
* The convention for Hebrew-script spelling of Ladino is not the same as the convention for transcription of foreign languages into Hebrew nor the same as the convention for Yiddish. See [[User talk:StevenJ81/Archive 1#Hebrew Orthography|Hebrew orthography]], which I should really put into a Wikipedia-space page. See how I handled [[:Category:Moldova]]. Note that although [[User:Universal Life|Universal Life]] says "geresh", we are generally using the ''rafe'' glyph and not the geresh here. ''Rafe'' glyph for all letters that use them are available in EditTools below, though you might have to activate them as a gadget.
* I'm going to play around with some of the Modules you imported. In particular, I've only been using <nowiki>{{#property...}}</nowiki> here, and would like to use additional importation from Wikidata. Part of the problem with <nowiki>{{#property...}}</nowiki> for ladwiki—part of what has inhibited me from using it more—is that if there isn't a Ladino label in Wikidata it returns a Q number rather than a name. So you have to go into Wikidata and add a label. Does the module you imported allow one to pull a different-language label from an item? I may ask your advice on some of these things.
* If you end up writing Hebrew-script parallel pages, you'll end up using [[:Module:Interwiki]]. I'll show you how to use that if you need. [[Usador:StevenJ81|StevenJ81]] ([[Messaje de Usador:StevenJ81|discusión]]) • 20 Kislev 5777 • 17:52 20 Diz 2016 (UTC)
